Location: Commutable to Reading (hybrid working)
Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Technical Support Engineer HVAC Products will involve:
- Pre-Sales Engineer position providing technical support to sales team, contractors and M&E consultants for all queries relating to HVAC products such as:AHUs, fan coils, chillers and heat pumps
- Offering support to the sales team in order to generate accurate quotations and specifications
- Responding to pre-installation questions from the client
- Liaising with factories, technical, contracts and sales teams on a regular basis
- Sizing of residential heat pumps whether whole house or room by room
- Attending regular product training to stay up to date with the companys product range
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer HVAC Products experience with:
Must have technical knowledge of HVAC products
Knowledge of AHUs, fan coils, chillers and heat pumps would be highly advantageous
Ideally will have a qualification in refridgeration / air conditioning
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
IT literate (Microsoft Office & CRM systems)
