Fully remote role working as an Account Executive for an expanding FinTech/SaaS business.

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our sales team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Holding discovery meetings with prospects to identify their requirements, pain points, and key business drivers.
  • Delivering tailored and in-depth software demonstrations to small prospects through Teams.
  • Booking demonstrations on behalf of senior sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engaging with new customers through live chat, email, and telephone.
  • Systematically contacting lost leads to determine re-engagement opportunities.
  • Keeping accurate lead information in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
  • Using initiative to expand the sales pipeline through various channels.
  • Supporting trial accounts and answering any questions they may have.
  • Keeping up-to-date with competitor and market knowledge, as well as the products and industry-related information.
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders and ensuring a seamless sales cycle.
  • Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the products, best practices, and tax considerations.
  • Producing custom pricing proposals and providing relevant sales collateral.
  • Managing customer requirements throughout the sales process.
  • Tracking customer engagement and usage after a successful close.
