Our fantastic client are growing at pace and are seeking a highly organised  Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team.  You will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service whilst ensuring smooth daily running of operations.  This is an essential role which provides administrative support across all areas of the team.  You will have fantastic communication skills and a passion for helping people with the ability to multi task.

This is a full time role working 8:30am to 5pm each day on the office based on the outskirts of Wokingham.  The salary for this role is up to £25,000 plus 12% bonus.

Main responsibilities for theCustomer Service Administrator:

  • Supporting the Contracts Accounts Executive in ensuring all paperwork is completed
  • Assisting the wider team with admin duties such as downloading property surveys
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for contracts and assisting in compliance paperwork
  • Speaking to customers on the phone to check all necessary work has been completed on their property
  • Helping with the phones when required
  • Completing and uploading necessary documents

Skills required for the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective team working skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
  • Strong customer service skills
