Amazon Account Manager - Retail

Reading 4 days/1 day WFH

Salary up to £55,000

Salt are working with a retail homeware brand with innovative products to help hire an Amazon Account Manager. In this role you would report into the Global Amazon Account Manager to ensure the brand's Amazon experience is exemplary from strategy to optimisation to user experience.

The business has a lovely family feel, with c30 people office size, where they have a monthly lunch all together and often have perks ranging from social events to social clubs. Another key thing for the brand is their importance in internal progression and growth, people have been in the business for 15 years in some cases and have progressed in teams or switched their paths in different areas that suit their interests.

The Role:

  • Help the Global Amazon Account Manager to identify a strategy for the brands presence on Amazon in the UK and EU.
  • Develop Merchandising plans for promos and product launches to optimise their Amazon presence.
  • Conduct weekly reporting on sales performance, identifying areas of concerns and opportunities.
  • Manage the partnerships with Amazon.
  • Help to negotiate on terms and any Amazon specific queries.
  • Build search optimization strategies across paid and organic search.
