Systems Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Development of Management systems and updating and reviewing documents.
  • Assist and support the Quality Manager with the effective day to day management Quality Assurance Activities
  • Coordinate the logging and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports, to ensure robust corrective actions are established and implemented.
  • Assist with the Corrective Action Requests and Root Cause Analysis
  • Coordinate the communication of technical files and specifications
  • Coordinate the recording of site-based reworks and product to be ordered
  • Promote QESH principles and a Customer Focus throughout the company
  • Follow through quality actions to ensure closure.
  • Support the QESH team with activities
Requirements:
  • Experienced systems-based Quality Engineer
  • Manufacturing based experience
  • Experience of process development and improvement
  • Previous experience of being involved in 3rd party audits
  • Full UK Driving License, preferably clean
  • CSCS SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial but not essential))
  • Formal engineering qualification beneficial but not essential)
  • Internal auditor to ISO9001 lead auditor would be an advantage)
  • Understands 8D, 5Y, etc.
  • Experience of process development and improvement
  • Experience of being involved in 3rd party audits
  • Good understanding of ISO9001 (ISO14001 an advantage) 
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Lean experience an advantage
