- Development of Management systems and updating and reviewing documents.
- Assist and support the Quality Manager with the effective day to day management Quality Assurance Activities
- Coordinate the logging and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports, to ensure robust corrective actions are established and implemented.
- Assist with the Corrective Action Requests and Root Cause Analysis
- Coordinate the communication of technical files and specifications
- Coordinate the recording of site-based reworks and product to be ordered
- Promote QESH principles and a Customer Focus throughout the company
- Follow through quality actions to ensure closure.
- Support the QESH team with activities
- Experienced systems-based Quality Engineer
- Manufacturing based experience
- Experience of process development and improvement
- Previous experience of being involved in 3rd party audits
- Full UK Driving License, preferably clean
- CSCS SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial but not essential))
- Formal engineering qualification beneficial but not essential)
- Internal auditor to ISO9001 lead auditor would be an advantage)
- Understands 8D, 5Y, etc.
- Experience of process development and improvement
- Experience of being involved in 3rd party audits
- Good understanding of ISO9001 (ISO14001 an advantage)
