Our client is a flourishing, forward thinking co-educational IAPS prep school preparing its 315+ pupils for a range of senior schools, both locally and nationally. A number of children win scholarships to their senior schools, as they move on to the likes of Abingdon, Bradfield, St Edward's, Pangbourne, Downe House, Marlborough, The Oratory and Radley College.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role to develop Health & Safety and Compliance systems within the School. The successful candidate will have proven Administration experience and will display a clear commitment to excellence; meticulous attention to detail is essential, as is experience of using technology to support similar areas of work. The role requires a range of qualities including integrity and discretion, plus skills such as communication, organisation and team work.

Effective management of Health & Safety and Compliance plays a critical role in ensuring the School operates in accordance with the wide variety of guidelines and regulations set by government agencies and the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). The aim is to ensure the School is compliant with relevant legislation and is 'inspection ready' at all times.
