Our client is a successful independent Accountancy Practice, based in Reading. They are now seeking an experience PA/Admin Manager to support their 4 partners and wider team.

This is a wonderfully varied role, with the chance to get involved in all aspects of the business. We require a candidate who is self-motivated, disciplined and able to take ownership of business administration tasks. You will also supervise and Admin Assistant and work in close partnership with finance.

Your role:

  • Secretarial support to the partners
  • Client onboarding and KYC procedures
  • Practice database administration
  • HR administration support
  • Marketing support for campaigns and events
  • Coordination of IT support
  • Facilities management coordination
  • HMRC and Companies House filing gateway

The person:

  • Previous experience with accountancy or other professional services business
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Good collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in a client facing situations
  • Competence with MS software and experience with database management systems
  • Good written presentational skills and an attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
