Job Title: Office Administrator to start 7th April 2025 for approx. 8 weeksLocation: ThealeDuration: 8 WeeksCompany Overview: We are seeking an organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis to support their daily operations.Job Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office during the 8-week contract period. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing general support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:•   Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.•   Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.•   Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.•   Order and manage office supplies and equipment.•   Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.•   Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.•   Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
Qualifications:•   Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.•   Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•   Attention to detail.
Working Hours:•   Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
