Are you a passionate and experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s highly regarded team, a recognized centre of excellence for childcare, adults, and education law.

About the Role

We are seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer with excellent working knowledge of key adult social care legislation, including age assessment cases and judicial review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold a caseload of adult social care cases, including Care Act 2014, ordinary residence, deprivation of liberty, age assessments, and judicial review cases.
  • Work as part of a team and meet tight deadlines.
  • Provide advice to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Conduct your own advocacy or be willing to acquire the skills to undertake some advocacy.

About You

  • Possess a valid practising certificate and authorisation to practice in England as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Strong initiative and adaptability to change.
