Payroll Advisor - Reading (Hybrid)

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading outsourced payroll consultancy in Reading for an Payroll Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with high-profile corporate clients with training provided for someone with Base UK payroll experience .

The Role:

  • Will develop to manage a portfolio of client payrolls assisting on large corporate clients UK Payrolls

  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NIC, etc.).

  • Process starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances accurately.

  • Provide exceptional client support and resolve payroll queries.

  • Collaborate with a talented Payroll team based in Reading in a hybrid working environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven UK payroll experience and full right to work in the UK.

  • Ideally at least 1 year of UK payroll experience
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • CIPP qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
