Salary: 83 - 95 per day
Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential to become permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children to overcome emotional and behavioural challenges. Working closely with trained therapists, teachers, and support staff, you will help deliver tailored therapeutic interventions that empower students to thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in behaviour management and therapeutic support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist trained therapists in implementing strategies to support children with SEMH challenges.
Provide one-to-one and group support, helping students develop emotional regulation and social skills.
Work collaboratively with staff to create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for learning.
Support students in managing their behaviour and overcoming barriers to education.
Act as a role model, promoting self-confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.

No prior experience is required for this Therapy Assistant role, as full training will be provided. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed are essential for this position.
