You will work closely with the Senior Resourcing Specialist to create resolutions at all levels and deal with escalated resourcing issues as well as monitoring the performance of resources by analysing data and providing analysis and management information.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a complete resource plan, ensuring that the plan reflects any changes to available resources or the demand and deliver analysis of business forecasting and headcount against budget.

Everyone who works at AWE brings unique skills and perspectives to the table. We recognise that great people don't always 'tick every box'. That's why we focus on your potential, your fit with our values, your transferable skills as well as your experience. Even if you don't meet every point below, but you feel that this role and AWE are a great fit for you, please go ahead and apply, we'd love to receive your application.

Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:

  • Proficient in MS office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

  • Prior experience in a highly analytical role

  • Strong stakeholder management, able to hold your own, to build relationships and to manage conflicts.
