As the Sr. Director of Quality Operations EMEA, you will oversee EMEA compliance for a global pharmaceutical business. To ensure all functions deliver Quality Patient Care. Description

  • Ensuring all functions in the EMEA business understand their role in delivering Quality Patient Care.
  • Managing commercial Quality Assurance activities for the EMEA region, including personnel and budget.
  • Overseeing Manufacturing activities at the plants to maintain compliance with regulatory, environmental, and internal requirements.
  • Leading the EMEA quality team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring development and succession planning.
  • Integrating quality oversight and operations with Regions for efficient global drug product release and disposition.
  • Driving continuous improvement programs at all contract manufacturers and service suppliers to enhance our Quality network.

Profile

A successful Senior Director - Quality Operations EMEA should have:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Operations within the life science industry.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience in a similar role.
  • An in-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to report to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team.
