Description
- Ensuring all functions in the EMEA business understand their role in delivering Quality Patient Care.
- Managing commercial Quality Assurance activities for the EMEA region, including personnel and budget.
- Overseeing Manufacturing activities at the plants to maintain compliance with regulatory, environmental, and internal requirements.
- Leading the EMEA quality team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring development and succession planning.
- Integrating quality oversight and operations with Regions for efficient global drug product release and disposition.
- Driving continuous improvement programs at all contract manufacturers and service suppliers to enhance our Quality network.
Profile
A successful Senior Director - Quality Operations EMEA should have:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Operations within the life science industry.
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience in a similar role.
- An in-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to report to executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
