Compliance Quality Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Quality Lead to spearhead our Quality and Compliance initiatives. This role involves clear communication, providing direction, support, and active involvement in maintaining and enhancing the standards and quality required across our services.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide support across various areas including developing systems, delivering and arranging training, and embedding changes to ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, quality, and corporate requirements.
  • Liaise with senior leaders to manage our regulatory compliance standards, contractual reporting, and our site Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Manage a Quality and Compliance Coordinator, ensuring compliance to standards within all contracts, timely information submissions, and quality recording.
  • Lead impactful audit schedules and collaborate with colleagues to give audits meaning and follow up on actions.
  • Complete projects ensuring compliance with all statutory requests and regulatory bodies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to interpret data and present it meaningfully to clinical colleagues.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing staff in areas of leadership.
  • Strong understanding of audits and audit processes.
  • Proficiency in completing compliance reports for external submission.
  • Strong team-working skills, high self-motivation, and a flexible approach.
  • A positive attitude, caring and compassionate nature.
