Always Flourishing are currently supporting leading schools in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area with their recruitment for Primary Teachers to join their teams in September 2025.

Applications are for a September start. ECT’s are welcome to apply.

As an outstanding practitioner you will provide the best education for the children by ensuring they are supported, engaged, and inspired in their learning. There is a focus on resilience, ambition and courage, and these values reflect throughout the student and staff teams.

To be successful in this post, you will need to hold QTS and be able to teach in EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You will be confident in teaching content to a range of year groups and abilities and be able to adjust content for those that require it. Staff are supported in their development with continual CPD and opportunities for progression with the team.

We are looking for:

• Someone who can work well as part of a collaborative team, as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently.

• An excellent teacher and role model to children, colleagues, and parents, exemplifying their core principle of kindness

• A highly motivated and creative teacher
