We're looking for a detail-oriented Aberlink CMM Inspector to join their quality control team. If you're someone with a sharp eye for precision, adept at using Aberlink CMM equipment, and driven to maintain high standards, this role could be the perfect fit.What You'll Do:

  • Operate Aberlink 3D CMM to inspect precision-engineered components.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure specifications are met.
  • Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections of parts and assemblies.
  • Record and report findings, generating inspection reports as needed.
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and maintain standards.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to corrective action plans.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience operating an Aberlink 3D CMM.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Experience in a precision engineering environment is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Formal qualifications in engineering or quality control would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with a range of precision inspection tools such as micrometres, callipers, and gauges.
