An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client based in Central Reading, as a Project Administrator. The role will involve supporting the office with general administration and following up on any internal correspondence, highlighting any issues to ensure the work is processed in a timely manner.

  • Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
  • Salary: up to 25k (depending on experience)

As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Administrative support for multiple teams using in-house databases.
  • Ensuring projects are compliant with the companies rules and legislation.
  • First class customer service both to colleagues and external clients
  • Arranging meetings including booking and setting up meeting rooms and proficiency with Zoom / Microsoft Teams
  • Producing report appendices & ensure report formatting is completed to a high level.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

The successful Project Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and unsupervised.
  • Organised and efficient, able to balance multiple priorities and manage own time efficiently.
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
  • Proficient with MS Office
