Person Specification
- Ideally 3+ years experience in Estate Agency
- Dynamic and self-motivated
- People first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service
- Attention to detail and organisation skills
- Good local knowledge
- Growth mindset
- Full Driving Licence
Responsibilities:
- Management of email inboxes
- Answering inbound calls
- Updating the CRM system with new applicants, appointments and viewings
- Booking valuations
- Conducting viewings and seeking offers
- Providing thorough viewing feedback
- Objection handling
- Identifying and maximising cross selling opportunities
- Generating new business opportunities
- Assisting the Head of Residential Sales with the day to day running of the Sales Department and coaching junior colleagues where required
Hours of work
- Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6pm, with an earlier finish of 5:30pm on Friday.
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am until 4pm with a 30 minute break
