Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to vulnerable boys and girls with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Work with children who may have experienced trauma and/or are at risk of being trafficked.
Support small classes of 4-6 children, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Assist children with neurodivergent traits and elements, encouraging their development and well-being.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement tailored support plans.

About the Role

Start Date: Third week of January (trial days and weeks available for a smooth transition).
Pay: £95 - £105 per day (term-time only).
Location: Reading, Berkshire.
