Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to boys and girls with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
- Work closely with children who may have experienced trauma and/or are at risk of being trafficked.
- Support small classes of 4-6 pupils, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist children with neurodivergent traits, helping to encourage their development and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and professionals to implement personalised support plans.

About the Role
- Start Date: Third week of January (trial days and weeks available for a smooth transition).
- Pay: £95 - £105 per day (term-time only).
- Location: Reading, Berkshire.
