This role will support with agency management and provide hands-on operational assistance within the communications team during a busy period.

Description

The successful PR, Communications and Events Specialist will...

  • Execute the designated PR strategies.
  • Support with agency liaison and management.
  • Coordinate all public relations activities and support with the delivery of events in the UK and internationally.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
  • Create content for press releases and byline articles.
  • Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results.
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

Profile

A successful PR, Communications and Events Specialist should have:

  • Proven working experience in public relations and ideally, from within the motorcycle and/or automotive sector.
  • Experience in managing media relations (online, broadcast and print); and a willingness to deliver operational support with events and agency management.
  • A proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns.
  • A willingness to travel when required.
  • Must have experience in supporting with the creation of presentations and communications materials.
