Senior Pensions Administrator - DC Schemes

Specifics of the role include -

• Provide technical Pensions Administration services to a portfolio of trust-based clients, taking on complex and manual calculations work as required.

• Develop strong relationships with clients both in meetings and via telephone.

• Oversea service level agreements, ensuring the team deliver to the client’s expectations and performance required.

• Help mentor the team, identify training requirements to upskill team members and continually develop the overall abilities of the team.

• Take on project work as needed.

• Provide support to the team leader in management and reporting duties.

• Handle new scheme entrants, retirements, transfers and deaths.

• Gain a strong understanding of client’s specific schemes.

Working closely with colleagues across the business who deliver payroll, IT and consultancy support.

• Develop your technical knowledge, and be happy to take on new duties to challenge and expand your development.
