An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Procurement Administrator.

As the Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the supplier data
  • Managing the new supplier's inbox and supplier database
  • Resolving supplier queries, purchase order and invoice queries.
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Working closely with other departments to match invoices and PO's to reports and process approvals for payments.
  • Supporting with incoming calls and any other administrative tasks.

The successful Procurement Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate / advanced Excel, confident around spreadsheet creation and manipulation of data.
  • Excellent communication skills.
