Key Duties- Build and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
- Conduct supplier reviews to maintain compliance with company standards.
- Handle all aspects of procurement, including processing requisitions and managing orders.
- Maintain accessory stock levels and organise reorders as needed.
- Assist with project closeouts by ensuring all materials are delivered and accounted for.
- Work with the aftercare team to address post-installation queries.
- Research competitive pricing to achieve cost savings without sacrificing quality.
- Benchmark supplier costs and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Work closely with internal departments to align procurement with project goals.
- Act as the point of contact for procurement queries and issue resolution.
- Maintain supplier records, manage purchase orders, and update internal systems.
- Provide occasional administrative support to the design team.
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Previous experience in procurement, ideally within a luxury or design-focused industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in EstiPC and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of the interior design sector is a plus.
