Key Duties
  • Supplier Coordination
    • Build and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
    • Conduct supplier reviews to maintain compliance with company standards.
  • Procurement Oversight
    • Handle all aspects of procurement, including processing requisitions and managing orders.
    • Maintain accessory stock levels and organise reorders as needed.
  • Project Support
    • Assist with project closeouts by ensuring all materials are delivered and accounted for.
    • Work with the aftercare team to address post-installation queries.
  • Cost Management
    • Research competitive pricing to achieve cost savings without sacrificing quality.
    • Benchmark supplier costs and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal departments to align procurement with project goals.
    • Act as the point of contact for procurement queries and issue resolution.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain supplier records, manage purchase orders, and update internal systems.
    • Provide occasional administrative support to the design team.
  • Improvement Initiatives
    • Propose and implement strategies to enhance procurement efficiency.
    What We’re Looking For
    • Previous experience in procurement, ideally within a luxury or design-focused industry.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in EstiPC and Microsoft Excel is essential.
    • Knowledge of the interior design sector is a plus.
