Our clients, a successful Estate and Letting agent along the M4 corridor, are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their busy office in Lower Earley.  The successful Negotiator will ideally have at least 2 years industry experience, be impeccably well presented, have incredible written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a drive and hunger to succeed and progress within the Estate Agency industry. The Sales Negotiator will be an existing Negotiator looking to take that next step in their career through joining a fantastic company such as this. Within this role the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser, booking viewings, generating market appraisals, conducting viewings, negotiating the sale and sales progression. Estate Agent  – Experience NeededPrevious Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essentialExcellent track record in selling propertyYou will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skillsYou will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systemsNegotiation skills and a natural sales ability is keyYou will be well spoken and well presentedYou will be target driven and ambitiousYou will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importanceEstate Agent Sales Negotiator – BenefitsAn excellent basic salary c.£24,000 and commission structurec.£35,000 OTE DOEExcellent training and onward career progression5.5 day working week (8.30 - 6pm Mon- Fri, 9-4pm Saturdays.
