Vacancy: SALES VALUER / LISTER – Residential Estate & Lettings Agency
Location: Earley, Reading, RG6
Salary: OTE: £45k
Position: Permanent – Full Time

The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Estate Agency industry, a great personal track record of successand of winning instructions and the ambition to want to be successful.
You will be assisting in ensuring the Branch hits targets, is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.

Skills required for this Sales Valuer / Lister(Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous experience in residential Sales
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Reading / Earley area is preferred
