An independent agency in Reading is seeking an experienced Lettings professional to join their energetic and busy team in the Reading area.
Ideally you would have worked within a Lettings team for two years, and be comfortable with the duties to include: 路Meeting & Greeting clients
路Generating viewings & valuations
路Attend viewings & maximise opportunities
路Arrange & booking appointments
路Registering tenants
路Regular landlord feedback
路Dealing with general enquiries
路Negotiate offers & secure lets
路Service the database & create opportunities
路Assist and support on marketing campaigns
路General office and administration duties
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in a target focused environment with the confidence and ability to build a quick rapport with tenants and landlords. You will be able to spot and realise opportunities, multi task, be reliable, energetic, adaptable, tenacious and results driven.
The desire to gain MARLA membership if not already started is preferable. Strong admin and IT skills are essential for the role along with positive communication skills and a team player spirit.
A basic salary in the region of 拢21,000 is available with an OTE 拢26,000 - 拢28,000. Please note that a driving licence and a car to use for work purposes is essential. For further details, please contact Merita Jackman.
