Role Overview:As the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the estate. This includes maintaining the property, managing staff, ensuring the security of the grounds, and delivering exceptional service. You will play a key role in overseeing budgets, handling contractors, and ensuring that all activities on the estate run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the estate's operations, including grounds, buildings, and facilities.
  • Oversee a team of staff, including gardeners, housekeepers, security personnel, and other service providers.
  • Ensure the estate is well-maintained, addressing any repairs or improvements in a timely manner.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate events and functions on the estate, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the estate's residents, guests, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage property inspections and ensure all maintenance and services meet the highest standards.
  • Provide regular reports on the estate's operations to the property owner or senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estate Manager or in a similar role managing high-end properties or estates.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of property management, maintenance, and general upkeep.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with property management software or related tools is a plus.
