Cover Supervisor - Reading

We are looking for an dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to provide general cover at a secondary school we work closey with just outside of Reading. This a long-term position starting in Easter half term, until the end of the academic.

About the Role:
  • Providing general cover across a variety of subjects.
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies.
  • Supporting students' learning and progress during staff absences.
  • Building strong relationships with staff and students.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
