Maths Teacher - Berkshire - Starting September 2025
We are working with a leading secondary school in Berkshire to successfully appoint an eager and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their maths department in September 2025.
The role The successful Maths Teacher will leverage their exceptional skills and teaching experience to uphold the high standards of a well-respected mathematics department. In addition, responsibilities include ensuring discipline, creating engaging and stimulating lessons, and managing student behaviour effectively. This role offers a wonderful chance to be part of a supportive and welcoming teaching team, with strong backing from the Head of Department and ample teaching assistant resources.
The ideal Maths Teacher The school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils’ success and therefore the successful Maths Teacher must have the following:
- An ability to teach at both Key Stage 3 & 4
- A passion for mathematics
- Enthusiasm commitment and flexibility
- The desire and ability to work on an individual and team basis
- An ability to promote effective teaching and learning
