Assistant Customer Service Manager – “Family Entertainment Centre”

Location: Reading

Salary: £27,000+

I am working with a great family entertainment centre who are looking to speak to enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Customer Service Managers. You will join a new Family Entertainment Centre in Reading. This exciting venue combines food, drinks, and a range of activities, including an amusement arcade, karaoke, pool, VR, augmented reality darts, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional service to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Lead and support the customer service team in daily operations.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns effectively.
  • Train and develop team members to meet performance goals.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to improve outcomes.
  • Manage stock takes, purchase orders, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications:
