We are seeking an exceptional Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team and take the lead on contracts in the Reading, Swindon, and Cardiff regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and install cutting-edge Liquid and Gas Chromatography equipment from renowned manufacturers such as Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, and Jasco.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Identify and diagnose issues, providing effective solutions while working independently.
  • Participate in comprehensive product training to enhance your skills and confidence.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices to ensure valid and reliable analytical results.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience with either Liquid Chromatography (LC) or Gas Chromatography (GC) as an engineer or end user.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills with chromatography instrumentation in a laboratory setting.
  • A degree, HND, or HNC in Analytical Sciences or Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred but not essential.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to supporting team development.
