In this role, you will oversee all aspects of safety, ethics, and financial management for field projects and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include developing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring efficient material flow, and managing off-hire tools and contracts. You will also leverage MS Office to plan and control resources, coach and manage engineers, and accurately record site entries and attendance.
This role would suit a Service/ Field Manager from a construction or large scale repairs background looking to accelerate their career within a global company where progression routes and training will be offered to the furthest routes you wish to take them.
