We seek an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor who likes to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, for this delightful Service Centre in Reading. The Role
- Working within a fast paced business priding itself with delivering high levels of professionalism and customer service
- As Service Advisor, you will play an important part in ensuring high service levels are achieved through clear communication and teamwork with internal departments and customers
- Professionally optimising upselling and sales opportunities, along with increasing productivity within the workshop in a manner
- Updating systems and completing the necessary records
You will find no two days are the same!
The Person
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Enjoy ensuring Customer Satisfaction and working as part of a team to achieve this
- Communicate well, by phone, written and face to face communication
- Organised, pro-active and able to work multitask
- Have experience as an Automotive, Passenger Car, LCV, HGV Service Advisor, or relevant Customer Service Skills
The Salary
The basic salary is dependent upon the individual skillset, however, ranges from 28,000 to 30,000, with the additional opportunity to enhance your salary with Bonus, Overtime and skills through ongoing manufacturer training and development.
