Service Delivery Manager

Astute's Renewable's team is partnering witha business whose focus is to drive the country forward with their wide range of renewable energy technologies. They are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to be based in their main office, local to Reading.

Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Operations Director you will:

• Lead the delivery of maintenance services of Solar PV, LED and EV Charing Infrastructure
• Coordinate with various internal and external teams to ensure performance is optimised
• Be the focal point for communication from customers
• Track KPI's, analyse data and implement the relevant improvement's
• Oversee the O&M documentation within the business

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• A recognised qualification in facilities management or engineering
• Certifications in Health and Safety (IOSH or NEBOSH)
• Certifications in Renewable Energy (MCS or a City ad Guilds) are desirable

Personal skills

The Service Delivery Manager role would suit someone who is:

• Proactive when it comes to being a problem solver
• An excellent communicator both internally and internally
• A proven and strong leader and able to keep schedules organized
• Familiar with Renewable Energy
