Key Responsibilities of a Activities Organiser:
- Collaborate with the Engagement Lead to develop engaging and meaningful activity programs.
- Foster a whole-team approach to Engagement and Wellbeing, aligning with the B&M activity framework.
- Plan and execute activities during your duty hours, ensuring resources and the environment are suitable.
- Consult with the Engagement Lead to request any additional resources needed.
- Provide support and companionship during activities.
- Identify and plan activities based on residents' special interests.
Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience for our activities organiser:
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
