What We’re Looking For:
?? Graduates in Youth & Community Work, Psychology, Criminology, or related fields.?? Non-graduates with a strong passion for advocacy and social care are also encouraged to apply.?? A compassionate and patient approach with a genuine desire to help young people.?? Strong resilience and the ability to adapt to challenging situations.?? Experience (voluntary or paid) working with vulnerable young people, SEND, or social care is desirable but not essential – full training provided.

1. Autism Support (Low to High Support Needs)
- Role Description: These roles involve supporting children with autism across a spectrum of needs, from low to high. Positions may range from Teaching Assistants to SEN Teachers and Learning Support Assistants, depending on the intensity of support required by each student.
- Career Pathways: Ideal for those looking to specialise in autism support, these roles provide a strong foundation for careers in educational, clinical psychology, speech therapy, specialist autism intervention, SEN teaching.
2. SEMH - Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Support
- Role Description: These roles focus on assisting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, often requiring tailored approaches to foster emotional resilience, behaviour management, and mental well-being.
- Career Pathways: Experience in SEMH support is valuable for careers in clinical, mental health support services, child counselling, social work, criminal and social justice, and pastoral roles within educational settings.
3. PMLD - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties Support
- Role Description: Working with students who have profound and multiple learning difficulties, these roles require a high degree of empathy and adaptability, as students may need significant assistance with communication, physical movement, and personal care.
- Career Pathways: These positions offer a meaningful path toward careers in, occupational therapy, SPLCN, physiotherapy, ART, DRAMA, PLAY and Music Therapies and care coordination roles within educational and healthcare settings.
