What We’re Looking For:
?? Graduates in Youth & Community Work, Psychology, Criminology, or related fields.?? Non-graduates with a strong passion for advocacy and social care are also encouraged to apply.?? A compassionate and patient approach with a genuine desire to help young people.?? Strong resilience and the ability to adapt to challenging situations.?? Experience (voluntary or paid) working with vulnerable young people, SEND, or social care is desirable but not essential – full training provided.

- Career Pathways: Experience in SEMH support is valuable for careers in clinical, mental health support services, child counselling, social work, criminal and social justice, and pastoral roles within educational settings.
3. PMLD - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties Support
- Role Description: Working with students who have profound and multiple learning difficulties, these roles require a high degree of empathy and adaptability, as students may need significant assistance with communication, physical movement, and personal care.
- Career Pathways: These positions offer a meaningful path toward careers in, occupational therapy, SPLCN, physiotherapy, ART, DRAMA, PLAY and Music Therapies and care coordination roles within educational and healthcare settings.
