Support Worker- Charity- Hybrid

Nonstop care is currently on a unique opportunity with a Charity in the Slough area who are looking for a Support Worker to join their Families First project.

They offer the opportunity to work from home which offers extra support for their workforce and helps assist with effective and efficient caseload management, giving you greater job satisfaction and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

The aim of the team is to provide multi-agency, evidence-based interventions that integrate seamlessly for children, young people, and their families. Support is provided though both one to one and group work.

Requirements:

The candidates must be car drivers and have experience of working with children and families.
