Academics LTD is working with a specialist school in Reading that provides tailored support for children aged 5 to 18 with a range of mental, emotional, and social needs. The school is seeking a resilient and proactive Youth Mental Health Support Worker to join their team. This role offers the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside qualified SEN professionals and psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with external specialists and psychologists
  • Supporting children with Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Helping students develop emotional regulation and social interaction skills
