The school provide specialised education and support to children with additional needs in the Pangbourne area. As a Youth Mental Health Worker you will be collaborating with on-site Psychologists, Therapists and Behaviour Specialists to ensure the highest quality of care for the students.

The students attending the school have social, emotional and mental health needs and face challenges throughout the school day. As a Youth Mental Health Worker, you will be their first point of contact and provide role-model guidance, support and reassurance. The responsibilities of a Youth Mental Health Worker include participating in team meetings with specialised staff, implementing therapeutic techniques, identifying triggers and coping mechanisms and encouraging self-regulation.
