Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.

  • Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to educational strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for supporting students with special needs.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and school policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • In-depth understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.
