As a KS3 Teacher, you will have the support of teaching/student assistants and on sit professionals. The day to day of the role will include creating a safe learning environment and positive, engaging lesson plans for both students. Each student has varying individual needs and learning styles, meaning you will need to create tailored lesson plans and modified tasks as needed.

The role includes assessing students' individual progress, identify areas of improvement and adapt as necessary. As a KS3 Teacher, you will play a crucial part in building the students' life skills and independence.
