Materials Planner

Are you a supply chain expert looking to make an impact? We are hiring a Materials Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of forecasting, procurement, and inventory management for key programme categories. Your mission? Ensure smooth coordination between sales, suppliers, and logistics to keep stock levels optimized and ready to meet demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand & Supply Planning: Own forecasting and supply execution, manage POs, and collaborate with suppliers to optimize costs.
  • S&OP Leadership: Lead S&OP meetings, analyze forecast changes, and manage inventory.
  • RFQ & Tender Management: Oversee the RFQ process, negotiate with suppliers, and submit tenders.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics teams to streamline inbound shipments and ensure timely stock availability.
  • Reporting & KPI Management: Monitor customer fill rates, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in supply chain
  • ERP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of RFQs and tendering
