About the RoleAs a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing procurement, stock planning, replenishment, and warranty administration. You’ll work closely with UK & EU suppliers, track stock movements, and ensure our customers receive the service they expect.
Location & Work Setup
Hybrid Working: Tuesday-Thursday in our Twyford office, Monday & Friday work from home!Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with UK & EU suppliers for stock replenishment, pricing, and logistics
- Delivering weekly reports on stock exposure & high-priority customers using ServiceNow
- Tracking and managing warranties to ensure smooth processing
- Monitoring stock levels & transfers to meet customer contract needs
- Assisting with stock audits & ensuring efficient stock movements
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen interest in supply chain and procurement - experience is great, but not essential!
- Strong Excel & MS Office skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A team player with a proactive and diligent approach
- Bonus points if you have experience with European supply chains or import/export regulations
