Our client based near Reading is seeking a highly organised Receptionist & Personal Assistant to join their team. This dual role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, while also providing essential support to the Director.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in front-of-house and administrative support, ideally within a high-end, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communications and front desk operations
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the Director, including diary management, travel arrangements and general administration
- Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the reception area in line with the business's standards
- Handle enquiries with discretion and efficiency, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or PA role, ideally within a client facing setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using booking/CRM systems
- A genuine interest in skincare, health and wellbeing is desirable
