A specialist school in Earley are looking to welcome a Student Wellbeing Assistant on board this October, to join their staff in providing tailored education to students with additional needs. The school have an impressive line-up of professional therapists, psychologists and SEN specialists working at the school that work alongside classroom assistants to ensure the students receive individual learning support that they do not receive in mainstream education.

As a Student Wellbeing Assistant, you will be working on a 1-1 basis helping students tackle challenges they face during the school day. The pupils at this school face barriers and struggles regarding developmental trauma and different social, emotional and mental health needs. The Student Wellbeing Assistant will be responsible for identifying triggers and facilitating different therapeutic techniques with the goal of promoting the students' mental well-being.
