Are you an experienced Town Planner looking to take your career to the next level? We are working with a leading consultancy, based in Reading, that is seeking an Associate Town Planner to join their dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects, offering strategic advice to clients across various sectors.
  • Provide high-quality planning and development advice, ensuring compliance with local policies and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to develop their skills.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for projects.
  • Take a proactive approach to business development, helping to build long-term relationships and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • MRTPI (or working towards) with a relevant degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
  • Proven experience within a planning consultancy, local authority, or development sector.
  • Strong understanding of UK planning regulations and policies, particularly within the South East.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • A driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering results.
