What You'll Do:

Identify Opportunities: Spot gaps in regulatory obligations and areas for improvement

Transform Capabilities: Drive both incremental improvements and transformative changes

Implement Change: Embed regulatory changes seamlessly

Provide Assurance: Ensure we're always on the right track

Fix Issues: Help resolve problems when they arise

Conduct Risk and Compliance: Focus on conduct risk and compliance for wealth sector clients to maintain the highest standards of regulatory adherence

What We're Looking For:

Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of Financial Services regulation and Conduct Risk

Experience: Worked in a Consulting role focusing on Conduct Risk and Compliance for Wealth Sector Clients

FCA Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of FCA rules and guidance, including COBS, SYSC, DISP, COCON, and CASS

Relationship Builder: Proven experience liaising at senior levels

Industry Insight: Broad knowledge of UK retail Financial Services, market trends, and competitor activity

Excellent Communicator: Ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders

Proactive Attitude: A can-do approach and willingness to support the wider business
